The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) had a long-term vision for building relationships with members and supporters, in service of its mission to conserve the world’s largest wild places. To achieve their ambitious plans, WCS knew it would need an entirely new technology ecosystem. The organization chose Salesforce as its supporter hub, engaging Traction on Demand as a strategic partner to roll out both Salesforce for CRM and Marketing Cloud for email marketing. WCS chose Springboard, a digital-first platform for online fundraising, advocacy, and events, to power its creative forms and to collect interaction data.
