We’ve been hard at work on a number of new features for spring and summer, with a first few installments already delivered to a Springboard near you.
This spring, we’re delighted to announce:
Enhanced Salesforce Integration
Springboard is natively integrated with Salesforce, but we’re always looking for ways to make form-building for Salesforce easier and more insightful. Our latest release includes the ability for all Springboard administrators and users to log into Springboard using their Salesforce logins (also known as single sign-on).
We’ve also added a new data mapping option, allowing custom Springboard form types and submissions to map directly to the Action and Actions Taken objects in Salesforce, providing more thorough insights on all the ways that supporters are engaging.
New Ticket & Donation Options for Events
To complement Springboard’s existing ticketed events functions, organizations can now offer no-cost (free) ticket options as well as combine free and paid tickets on a single event. We now offer add-on or upsell donations for all events and event types, including wholly free ticketed events.
New Fraud Protection Features
We’ve enhanced Springboard’s already sophisticated fraud protection features, introducing automatic IP blocking that allows admins to flag and block suspicious IP addresses from which failed donations have been repeatedly attempted. We’ve also enabled whitelisting IP addresses and added a bypass for logged-in users, facilitating a simple, secure, successful donation process for your trusted supporters.
Other Highlights and Improvements
We’ve also added minor enhancements to the Paypal compact transaction flow; offline donation forms; custom advocacy targets; editability of peer-to-peer supporter names and comments; and made our usual performance tweaks and tune-ups across the platform.
As always, we’d love to tell you more about Springboard. Learn about features and pricing, register for an upcoming demo, see the data sheet, or drop us a line! We look forward to hearing what supporter-engagement tech problems you’re trying to solve.
