Julia and I are excited to announce the release of Springboard 4.9! We’ve made some great performance improvements and security updates. We’ve also been working closely with some of our favorite clients (including the ASPCA, Special Olympics International and the Drug Policy Alliance) to build new features like:
- Social Advocacy
- Advocacy Quicksign
- Recognize Recent Donors on Forms
- Enhanced Device Detection
- Integation with Luminate CRM
With all the noise in digital activism, it can be hard to find new ways to get your message heard. We’re excited our new Social Advocacy capability, which lets you leverage the power of Twitter to deliver your supporters’ messages to legislators, committees, party leaders or any custom target list via twitter. This feature is perfect for clients interested in doing non-districted targeting (e.g., to committees or party leaders). Your supporters’ twitter name is also appended to their Salesforce record. Now, you can identify your most active and/or influential Twitter users and encourage them to extend your reach through their personal social networks!
Make it easy for your stalwart supporters to re-engage with your cause! With Springboard 4.9, visitors who have previously taken action with you can bypass the sign-in form and add their name to petitions or letters with just an email address.
Recognize Recent Donors on Forms
A new Recent Donors List lets you embed a list of other supporters on a donation form to inspire giving. Of course, donors have the option to opt-out of being publicly recognized. ASPCA was a great partner in developing this feature. course, donors have the option to opt-out of being publicly recognized. ASPCA was a great partner in developing this feature.
Enhanced Device Detection
Springboard is already optimized for mobile devices and tablets, but tracking data about supporter device usage can be helpful for nonprofits to make design, campaign, and deeper segmentation decisions. With Springboard 4.9, our clients can see interactions on all donations and form submissions by device (including OS and browser) and/or desktop - and sync that data to Salesforce.
Luminate CRM Integration
Nonprofits who use Salesforce have more options than ever before. Springboard 4.9 has native integration to Luminate CRM for clients using both Luminate and Salesforce as their databases of record. This capability paves the way for future integration opportunities as new Salesforce packages appear on the market. 4.9 can directly integrate with Blackbaud’s Luminate CRM. Performance Improvements and Security Updates
In addition to new features, Springboard 4.9 includes significantly reduced page load times, enhancements to the Multivariate Testing feature, Drupal security updates and bug fixes.
If you have any questions about Springboard 4.9 or want to see a demo of any of these features, please let us know!
We hope you enjoy the latest release!
