Drupal Themer

Jackson River is looking for a Drupal Themer to assist and lead on a wide variety of online technology consulting and implementation projects. You will work with a very talented, skilled, and passionate team on technology projects ranging from open source CMS implementations to organization wide technology initiatives.  While doing so, you get to work with some of the most influential and respected progressive nonprofit organizations and foundations. This is an ideal role for an entry level developer or expert Webmaster.

• Work daily in the Drupal CMS creating new views, content types, and updating site themes.
• Manage day to day interactions with clients on Website Implementations, integrations, and other technology consulting projects
• Provide client trainings and documentation on CMS and CRM systems solutions
• Provide clients the highest level of customer service at every step in the process

Key Skills/Requirements

• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent organization skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to participate in multiple client engagements at once, while delivering  unparalleled customer service along the way
• Ability to switch gears quickly without sacrificing quality in a high volume, task oriented environment
• 2+ years with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
• 1-2 years experience with PHP or other programming language
• 1+ years experience with Drupal CMS (other open source systems a plus)
• Familiarity with CMS, optimization across browsers and platforms
• Detail oriented, excellent follow thru, ability to work independently with little to no supervision, and an excellent sense of humor are required

• Experience with Email Service Providers, email marketing and HTML email coding
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms
• Non-profit or political campaign experience welcomed
• Passion for technology and a desire to expand upon existing technical skill
