Jackson River is one of the few consulting firms that I honestly feel like provide real value for your dollar. That's coming from a skeptic, who worked for a tech consulting firm, and pretty much thinks they're all a waste of money. Jackson River is small but, they have some of the absolute best people when it comes to nonprofits and technology. We (Amnesty International) hired them for two major projects; one was a technology platform research project, to understand in detail the solutions that were available, the pros and cons of each solution. The other was a staffing project that helped us grow our unit and improve our workflow processes. They delivered in spades what we needed to know, at a super reasonable price.
