IRC - powered by Springboard
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) migrated to Springboard in fall of 2009 to power all their online fundraising, website management, and petition needs. Since then, IRC has taken advantage of the advanced campaign reporting, metrics, and flexibility to create over 50 unique donation forms.
More importantly, the IRC has utilized these features to refine their online strategy and make informed, wise decisions about everything from donation form optimization to where to spend advertising dollars. We don't believe that your technology platform alone will cause your email list to triple in size overnight, but we do believe your technology shouldnt stand in your way and should empower you to smart strategic decisions over time based on performance data and metrics.
Today the IRC powers two websites, www.TheIRC.org and a virtual gift site located at www.fromharmtohome.org . Both sites are built with Springboard and run on one consolidated Salesforce.com instance. Additionally, plans are in the works to further consolidate other web properties into a unified platform.
As the IRC continues to grow, evolve, and innovate online Jackson River is proud to work with this talented and passionate team who continue to amaze us with how they have taken the Springboard platform and been able to use it in ways we never imagined.
