We started Forcify.me with the goal to become a valuable resource for non-profits, providing the types of training videos that can supplement, and in some cases replace, instructor-led training which may not be focused on how nonprofits use Salesforce. 

The International Rescue Committees charitable gift site was recently nominated for the first annual Blue Drop Awards, which recognizes best-of-breed websites built with Drupal.

We try to keep the tooting of horns to a minimum here but Defenders of Wildlife has a new website built by Jackson River; and it is awesome!

Once again it's release-day here at Forcify.me with three new videos 100% focused on Salesforce reports for nonprofits.

It's release day for Jackson River at our Salesforce training site, Forcify.me! As of today, our beta subscribers can access two new training videos on Salesforce and the Nonprofit Starter Pack (NPSP).

Development Directors get three consistent questions from the Executive Director and Board of Directors:

1. How much did we raise last quarter?
2. How does that compare to our expectations?
3. What are we going to raise next year?
   (often phrased as, "Here's what we need to raise next year.")

What I love about Salesforce Matrix reports is that they empower Development Directors to pursue a thoughtful approach to decide the annual fundraising goal as well as report on progress throughout the year.

I'm one of the lucky ones.  My true calling is on the business-side of everything, from setting strategy to fundraising to outreach, but early in my career I was compelled (ahem...forced) to know how software works.
